Description:
I am the CFO of a startup company seeking $5.25M. We are a web based retail company which has a huge advantage in our internet marking technology. One of our principles is a leader in the SEO and internet marketing industry, every web site he touches hits page one of Google in a matter of days. Just recently he was invited to a conference with the owners of Google to discuss the future of internet marketing. Our demo site is up and running, our supply chain is being established, and we have a full business plan which will be e-mailed to you after you sign a NDA and talk to either myself or the CEO.
What we are…
• Planning on a 2-3 year exit for investors.
• High technology startup business.
• Possess proprietary technology which will make the company dominate the industry.
• Competing in a ‘green fields’, $370B dollar, industry.
• IPO is linked into a successful financial firm with ties to Janus.
• Registered in the State of Nevada.
• Registerd 504 and PPM completed.
• Posed and ready to attack the market.
Two different types of investment…
• Purchasing stock in the corporation via 504 and PPM.
• Debenture financing with a possible option of being convertible.
Each has dramatically different expected rates of return and stability. E-mail with questions.
